Perkins Engines (Tianjin) Co.,Ltd was established
in May of 1997. It is Perkins Engine's largest
overseas joint venture. Perkins has been producing engines
for over seventy years, and has been established as
one of the three major engines builders of the world.
Our partnership has utilized a $600 million loan
from the World Bank to create a modern factory in Tianjin.
This new facility will leverage Perkin's long history and
original production technology for the Chinese and
international marketplace. Highly advanced lathes -
currently in use in Britain, U.S.A., Germany, France,
etc. - have successfully passed their trial runs, and
notable domestic customers are using our modern production
lines to produce their engines to the high tolerances needed.
Our co***ny take up an area of 88,000 sq. meters, with
the workshop occupying 23,000 sq. meters. We can scale up
to a production capasity of 120,000 engines per year.
With Perkin Engine technology from Britian, we have introduced
an extensive array of products, applicable to the automotive,
energy, agricultural, and construction industries. Presently,
our major engine lines are the 1000 Series and the Phaser
Series of engines.
